We bought an infrared sauna about a month ago, it has made a big difference in my pain.
I normally go to the chiropractor 1-2 weekly, I haven't been since I started using it, also, I haven't had to take anything for pain either.

I have a near infrared lamp sauna. It took me a while to get used to it. It really does help now.
