Whenever I walk up stairs or sit down after walking/working out, I "see my pulse in my eyes". I have light visual snow and this seems to move with the heart beats. It's very annoying.
Anyone know what I'm talking about?

I just had this yesterday. It was kind of pulsing gray area. I've seen blinking lights at night, too. I wondered if this gray heart beat would a light if it was dark.

This is a sign of high blood pressure. If you have a BP cuff, take your pressure next time this happens. I had this when my high BP was untreated and while I was still trying to get it under control.

I have low to normal blood pressure, and ever since the tick bite five years ago, have had vision that pulses/shimmers when I look at patterned objects.
