i have a few on each shin, been there for a long time they don't hurt at all is this caused by babesia?

I've had a few also and have wondered what caused them. My guess was babesia also, but don't know for sure.

Babesia can cause some ugly blue purple bruises.

I used to get these a lot and the bumps/bruises lasted for a long time.

Maybe bartonella too. That causes tons of weird skin things.
