The channel, TRPM8, a way for electrolytes (Na and Ca) to go into and out of the cells.
"TRPM8 is an ion channel, *upon activation* it allows the entry of Na+ (sodium) and Ca2+ (calcium) ions to the cell that leads to depolarization and the generation of action potential. This eventually leads to the feeling of cold."
When the cells are "cold", our body sends in "de-icers"...NaCl and CaCl, but what REALLY should be going in is MgCl (which also is a de-icer). The body's "preference" is to send in Na and then Ca - over Mg.
"PIP2 is a substrate for cleavage with phospholipase C (PLC), a membrane-bound enzyme activated through protein receptors like α1 adrenergic receptors. Products of this reaction are inositol triphosphate (IP3) and diacylglycerol (DAG).
In this cascade, DAG remains on the cell membane and activates the signal cascade by *activating protein kinase C (PKC)*. PKC in turn activates other cytosolic proteins by phosphorylating them. The effect of PKC could be reversed by phosphatases."
Bb, the lyme spirochete, has a PKC INHIBITOR. Bb needs DAG.
If it is PKCd (delta form)that Bb is inhibiting, then Bb is preventing a phosphate transfer onto tyrosine and this impacts our ATP synthase level which is needed to make our ATP.
We don't make enough ATP in the infected cells. Our mitochondria (powerhouses) are kapoot and the only ATP we are making is via glycolysis (sugar for energy) which happens in the cytoplasm of the cells.
How to close that channel?
Far infrared therapy - photon therapy.
It also increases ATP in the infected cells!
Doubt?
Go to the following "legit" neuro website and watch a short video:
You may have to use your computer tools to make that bright blue box bigger.
On the left side...the word, "Photon" will appear in white as the animation goes on.
In the middle, you will see the word, tranducin. This is a G "helper" protein.
Notice what happens to the Na-Ca channel on the right.
It closes. Ca and Na cannot go OUT of the cell!
This keeps the level of cytoplasmic Ca higher a little longer.
There is a 2nd part of far infrared therapy and it involves MgCl. Mg is an anti-histamine and anti-inflammatory AND...
Primary...Mg will then attach to the "newly formed" ATP as Mg-ATP which helps transfer phosphate groups (which Bb was inhibiting).
Since the likelihood of getting a U.S. doctor to give you IV MgCl is almost nil, we have to go another way.
MgCl can be purchased over the internet. It can be diluted in distilled water and sprayed on the skin. We DO absorb things thru our skin!
This will also help to "counter" the "toxins" released when Bb is destroyed.
Rife therapy (using sound waves) works too, but takes a LOT longer and only the machines that send the sound waves thru an argon light look to be the most effective. This increases the depth of penetration.
Bb "cloaks" itself in a protein called Salp 15 which it gets from the tick's saliva. This protein
disrupts "calcium fluxes".
That protein allows Bb to gain a foothold.
It appears Bb continues to disrupt calcium fluxes. Bb looks to trigger Ca to LEAVE the cell via the TRPM8 channel.
Bb infects our own defense cells and prevents them from doing their job.
Bb attaches to plasminogen which converts to plasmin and this triggers our "metalloproteinases" to "pave the way". These metalloproteinases break down collagen and elastin.
There are over 50 strains of Bb and only about 5 look to be really dangerous. It appears the particular strain one comes into contact with impacts the final "outcome"...arthritis, cancer (esp. breast and prostate), Alzheimers, Parkinson's, etc. EVENTUALLY.
Gals (if reading)estrogen ACTIVATES PKC...which Bb is inhibiting...see the connection? Tamoxifen, for breast cancer, is a man-made PKC inhibitor.)
You've got to inactivate the TRPM8 channel for a brief period of time and far infrared therapy - photon therapy - does that! And follow it up with MgCl.
BTW...
In 1915 Dr. Pierre Delbet was using Mg chloride to cure diphtheria and polio. Others followed him...Drs. A Neveu and Vergini. They added to the list other diseases it could cure. What happened? Well...vaccines were being developed...
Romanian doctors used a COMBINATION of abx. and restored Mg levels to cure (early onset) lyme.
There is more than one way to lick this disease.

Only ONE man on this board?
IF, I repeat, IF..or when... you develop prostate cancer, you may want to bookmark my post to see the connections when your onocologist starts talking about the TRPM8 channel.

Not just one, i iz a man, however tl;dr seems to be my problem! I am not seeing the impact on men specifically? What am I missing?
I have very random opinions on some of this, and very confused opinions on the totality of this, so what is the synopsis?
