I have an ongoing problem with low WBC. If mine gets below 3.0 then my doctor has me stop the abx for a week until I am tested again.
He also advises me to stay out of crowded places during this time since it becomes much more risky of catching something.
I have my blood tested everyweek because I have been having problems with this.

From histories this is normal in lyme .
It is quid pro quo, meaning the white cells are
hiding the spirochetes and you are killing them so
you are going to lose some of those that are
damaged faster. I would listen to my LLMD at the
same time protecting myself by whatever means.

I had the same problem. My doctor had me stop the zith and rifampin for a while. Turned out it was the rifampin. I am back on it, but we are monitoring pretty closely.
The abx and the disease can lower wbc.
