I feel so stupid as I have done this in the past and totally forgot about it due to my Neuro Lyme.

My neck has been so stiff the past 4 days or so and it seemed to correlate with more of the cognition problems.

I broke out the cream from Target and applied it all over my neck.

Within an hour, my Stiff neck was gone and I can think more clearly.

Someone posted a while back about Camphor and how it works as a bacteriocide I believe.

This is the second time I have used it and gotten the same results. I just feel stupid for not using it the other day when the stiff neck started.

I swear I can think much clearer now with the stiff neck gone.

Here is a good article on Camphor Click Here

Target brand, Ultra Strength Pain Relieving Cream.

I think it sits near the Ben Gay as the ingredients are identical and I always buy generic when possible.

that's interesting; will have to get me some!

i just went to the chiropractor earlier; i hadn't seen one in 10-15 years since my fibro diagnosis.

he takes insurance; will be interesting to see if my complete $39 is paid for or not.

i filled out the most comprehensive 2 page Q/A for him. wow, illnesses/symptoms galore for 4-5 columns across. plus surgeries...

i think he got a good start; he was overwhelmed with all i have wrong with me but as i was leaving stated he has other lyme patients as well.

Interesting about camphor... It's used in balms for the lips to treat herpes. It's pretty good. It really helps to dry the sore up.

I was also just reading about a doctor who came up with a camphor remedy to cure AIDS & cancer in Canada. The "establishment" claims it's a fraud but they allow people who are terminally ill with no other treatment to use it under the Compassionate Use Program. It's called 714X.
