LLMD said it would help with everythihng, but the pharmacies only have the 50mg dose.

I would need 13mg.

Where do I get that , does a reg pharm have that?

Go on Lowdosenaltrexone.org. It has the few select pharmacies that do this correctly. Skip's pharmacy will answer any questions.

Get the LLMD to send a prescription to a compounding pharmacy such as McGuff : http://mcguffpharmacy.com/

It's about $30 a month there for the 3 mg dose.

I am surprised that you're being prescribed 13 mg, that seems quite high. Most people on it for immune issues don't go over 4.5 mg as no benefit to doses any higher than that was seen in the limited studies that have been done.

I went tot he ldn forums, and one of the yahoo glroups, and we jsut split the 50 mg tablet in two and dissolve it in 25 ml water in a glass bottle.

Mine is from India, from riverpharmacy in canada. It does not get all clear, but stays a yellowish colour and not clear.

But the MS patients do well on it, and they really notice if some meds are off.

One then uses a syringe without needle to measure out the dose, like 4,5 mg is 4,5 ml.

I'm getting mine from a local compounding pharmacy. Just dropped off the script yesterday. It will cost $30 per month.

In the book "The Lyme Disease Solution", the Doctor states that it must be obtained in it's unaltered (not slow release) form or it won't be effective.
