How long can you safely store Rochephin for in the fridge.

I have some that is 30 days old and hoping it's still good.

It is premixed, but hoped that it would be stable for more than 10 days. I know that is what the package says, but thought they would be extra conservative.

since you have a pre-mix you do not need to use past the date that should be listed on the label.

there should be a mixed on date and discard after date.

trying to use IV meds after that can lead to disaterous results.

be very aware that IV meds do go into blood stream immed. and you CAN NOT undo it once it is done.

premix has discard date, adhere to it. the dynamics, stability, pharacodynamics do change, molecues break down, change. this is a dangerous thing to play with meds past exp. date when is med that enters blood stream and effects are immediate

ok, done preaching. just pls understand how dangerous meds can be esp. when used wrong. there are already enough adverse events that occur when used correct never mind when playing iwth IV meds esp.
