I am on mangosteen and so far it really is strong..the herx reaction is very strong..anyone else..it is stronger then on antibiotics..

I was at 3 teaspoons in the morning and three at night..really herxed bad..I am on 2 teaspoons at night and still herx like hell..

The naturopath who introduced me to it had me start at a drop and ramp up slowly to an ounce, given how sensitive I am to everything. Whenever I go off it, I have to start out slowly again. After awhile I can drink it with no reaction, but yes, start our slowly!

i thought the dosage was 1 oz...er, maybe that could have been something else.

don't buy that stuff at discount stores, it's awful...
