Is it typical for people with Lyme disease to
have elevated cortisol morning levels and are
symptoms worse at night? I seem to have crazy
things going on between 12a-4a, insomnia,
increase in blood pressure,and anxiety,etc.

I don't know if it's Lmye or one of the coinfections,
but I know I have a lot of trouble staying asleep, and my usual hours of waking are between 1AM and 4AM.
Lately when i get awake I have air hunger that I used to only have during the day.

I have just recently begun having nighttime issues, starting at around 9:00pm. I feel revved up (not in a good way) brain bounce, and anxiety. Fortunately this is close to when I take my nighttime sleep meds.

my last 3 years have been hell at night trying to get to sleep.
our across the street neighbors have had 1-3 stock race cars, and working on them at ALL HOURS, and coming/going with those LOUD MUFFLERS!!
i used to be able to sleep until they came home 1-3 am, but for last 3 yrs., i can't anymore. has to be total silence before my body collapses & i go to bed.
