I'm confused... I've read about the Marshall protocol and it makes a lot of sense....... so I'm not sure what I should do.... avoid vitamin D, or take it?

Has anyone done the Marshall protocol and had any success with it? I'd be really interested

The MP has been discussed here a fair amount in recent months, with lots of info, worth doing a search for. Is your vitamin D level low like it is for many lymies? Is your 1,25D high? The MP seems to work best for those with disregulated vitamin D.

Glad to hear you two are doing so well on the MP! While some do great, for most Lymies the results have not been very good.

I was on MP for almost 2 years and progressed "normally" into phase 3. Plenty of herxing, but no progress against Lyme.
