Thanks so much you guys....

Out of curiosity, did any of you (besides using Vitamin D and magnesium and calcium for the muscles) did you find any nerve supplement/treatment in particular that helped with that ragged nerve achey feeling in the legs?? In other words, did B12 help in particular or alpha lipoic acid..etc???

Thanks so much..

Metanx helped me the most. It is an RX combination of the active forms of folate, B6, and B12. Originally designed to treat people with diabetic neuropathy.

Thanks so much, Sammy...Sammy, would you mind explaining the type of pain/sensations you were having in your legs? How long did it take to help? Can you now go for a long walk or stand for a long time on your legs?

Thanks so much
