avacados
nuts
eggs
What else? I eat really clean and I am not sure that I will be able to have enough fats 2x day.
And how much? Would 1/2 avacado or a handful of nuts and an orange suffice?
Thank you, Feelfit

I heard any dairy will do. A good trick that I used was I took the Mepron then washed it down with some heavy cream....
Heavy Cream is very fatty, but if you are only using small amounts during the day it should not be a bother.
Hope that helps.....

It tastes SOOOO good, and is about 70% coconut oil, which has anti-fungal and anti-viral properties on its own.
Yum.

I would also assume that nut butters (like almond butter) would be good (i cant eat nuts due to stomach issues though so i havent tried that)
