avacados

nuts

eggs

What else? I eat really clean and I am not sure that I will be able to have enough fats 2x day.

And how much? Would 1/2 avacado or a handful of nuts and an orange suffice?

Thank you,
Feelfit

I heard any dairy will do. A good trick that I used was I took the Mepron then washed it down with some heavy cream....

Heavy Cream is very fatty, but if you are only using small amounts during the day it should not be a bother.

Hope that helps.....

I started using coconut oil...

I know some also use coconut cream... in a recent post of mine asking about what kind of fat to use for mepron this was one of the responses:

I used organic Coconut Cream Concentrate from Tropical Traditions.

It tastes SOOOO good, and is about 70% coconut oil, which has anti-fungal and anti-viral properties on its own.

Yum.

Best,

Cass A

I would also assume that nut butters (like almond butter) would be good (i cant eat nuts due to stomach issues though so i havent tried that)

Try one or more good quality fish oil capsules with every spoonful of Mepron.

Godspeed.

Yes those are good, so are the fish oils, and olive oil. Anything with fat.
