Hello to GiGi (& Others who have done Dr. K.'s regimen) -
I've searched most of GiGi's and other posts and can't locate anything on Dr. K.'s clay and water clean-out for biofilms. I'll be starting the Green Clay w/H2O & fiber this weekend and need to know:
Do I take Chlorella with this? If so, before or after clay and how much? What about probiotics? When / How much?
Any info on this routine would be greatly appreciated!

Dr. K has me doing the clay but with psyllium husk powder along with it. This is very common in many practices and is often called a P & B Shake(generally bentonite clay is used by others. You generally need both. The clay is the binder that soaks up the toxins after the Psyllium is the brush that loosens everything up. It's not really an exact science for me. I pour about Tbsp of each in a 12 oz cup of water, stir it up and drink it.

memphisbluesman - Much thanks for the info. I PM'd you with a dumb question about psyllium and have since figured it out.
Please keep in touch with me, as it seems we might be in like phases of treatment and we can always share info. What's going to happen for you after the P&B shake, has Dr. K. said? I'll be starting heavy metal detox and if ever done with that, then Rizols.

Ping, get the new 5 DVD set from Dr. K that explains much of this. It is just coming out now but the topics look comprehensive.
