I tested positive with Igenex for Babesia microti.

I also think Igenex and second the blood smear from Fry. I do not have babesia, but this is what my doc is ordering.

Igenex has a FISH (RNA) testing for the Babesia. I am not sure it this is available with the other labs yet this seems to be the uptodate lab test when the Babesia cannot be seen in the blood smear, yet have low levels of the Babesia still swimming in our system, and causing symptoms.
