My experience with Olive Leaf Extract has been wonderful. But everyone is different. Don't push it.
A herx is not a desired effect. This is nothing to tough out. Quite frankly, I think many here see a herx as a badge of honor. It is not. It can be a sign that the liver is overwhelmed.
Sometimes, we do just have to ride out the storm, but there are degrees to that.
If the liver is overwhelmed, you won't get better more quickly. This still just takes time and patience.
I cannot decipher exactly what you said here: " . . .since i have been taking it i have the heart has been bothering me worse than usual and the pain is worse too."
If your heart is worse than usual and you think it is from the Olive Leaf, STOP it.
Call your doctor if the pain is too much. This could be something else, but whatever . . . please NEVER just try to "tough it out" if something seems to be causing heart pain.

sorry keebler,i'll try to explain better. the heart palps & irregular beats are worse,i have had them for years. sometimes they dont bother me much & other times thier really bad.
as for the pain, its the muscle/Joint pain that i was talking about.
thats the thing, it's hard to tell if the med is making me sick or if it's just one of those bad days.
the reason i asked about the Olive leaf, is thats the only NEW thing im doing.it says to start at 30 drops a couple times a day, im doing a little less than half of that.
i don't know a lot about herxing, but it seems that almost everybody herxes on meds, i sure don't want to make myself sicker.
i guess when your feeling the herx thing, you back off the med? wheather it be ABX or anything else??
thanks for your reply. Kat
