My twitching is significantly worse when I'm also experiencing severe head pressure. They seem to go hand-in-hand.

Anyone else experience this correlation?

These are the worst two symptoms for me. I take a lot of magnesium and it does not seem to help. My LLMD is not ready to prescribe IM Mag Sulfate yet.

Any other suggestions on what to do about this, or has anyone else had this experience?

VB--I have this problem too and would love to see someone who has suggestions!! I tested low magnesium while on oral mag supplements (slow mag)
