Yes. It can be very helpful but be very careful not to get to the stage where it is over stimulating in any way or it can cause MORE fatigue.
Maybe you NEED to sleep 12 hours a day right now. Sleep is what helps us heal.
Are you in the early stages of this? Are you being treated by a LLMD.
Be very careful not to just try to boost energy unless all your ducks are in a row. Adrenal support is good.
And, since it's now summer, 20 minutes of DAY light (not staring at the sun but just being out in the day light, even if in shade) . . . well, that is light therapy.
However, if you are on doxycycline, there are some very special precautions about avoiding the sun. A light box may also be contraindicated if on doxy.
