I have been on all orals for 6 months and have got nothing but worse and fast. I have an appt with a new LLMD in NY 10 days from now. Would it be ok to stop my ABX for the next 10 days since it's done nothing but make me go down hill

Borrelia is a slow growing bacteria. In the scheme of things, 10 days isn't very long.
That said, the abx you are taking could be treating a co-infection too. Sometimes when stopping abx, people with co-infections will feel worse shortly after going off abx.
When someone says they have gotten worse on treatment that sends up a red flag to me that they are not detoxing well enough. Hopefully your new LLMD understands detox issues and will be aggressive with detox. That can make or break treatment for some people. It certainly would for me because I have impaired detox as do many lyme patients.
Feeling worse while being treated for lyme can also mean that you have untreated co-infections.

What abx are you on? I always did okay being off Lyme abx, but I would decline within two or three days off babs meds.
If you do go off, how about doing some kind of detox protocols to really get yourself in good shape for the next LLMD. It's not unusual to feel worse after only 6 months of treatment. Hang in there, and keep treating, you can get better.
