I finished my 10 day diflucan course a week ago. It helped a lot.
I am currently taking Nystatin, but my yeast levels went up when I went off diflucan.
I do the candida diet and am taking VSL#3.
I have other antifungal products, the NSI candida enzyme product, pau d'arco capsules and tea, caprylic acid capsules, and fungal defense (oregano + olive leaf extract).
My dr says that I have "hard to control yeast" and that it's OK to combine both the enzymes and the natural antifungals w/ the nystatin.
Has anyone else ever used both nystatin and an herbal antifungal? Should I be on the lookout for anything?
I would, of course, only use one herbal antifungal at a time.
Thank you!!

I take Nystatin along with caprylic acid. I've also alternated other herbal anti-fungals with the Nystatin in the past. My LLMD say's it's OK.
