I spoke with one of the editors of Experience magazine about a year ago and convinced them to do an article on Lyme. Originally it was going to be a "success story" on me in their fitness magazine. They decided to do a feature article instead. Ends up they got Pamela Weintrub to write it.

i'd forgotten i'd read this or MOST of it since it's continuous sentences with NO short paragraphs and NO DOUBLE SPACING.

i believe it took me 1 hr. plus to break it up, and they didnt' show it....what a waste of time!!

but do a search found at top with name of article
medical
body text
any date
membership no. 6147 click search should bring it up.

please copy the link where i broke it up to this one please.....thanks! [Smile]

My issue just came yesterday!

I couldn't believe what I was reading. The first thing I did was to read the author's name because I didn't know if I wanted to even waste my time. Then I saw Pam's name!

Woo Hoo!

Yeah, know what you mean, lemons. I knew about the article last fall, then when they didn't do it on me, I've been concerned the whole time exactly what they will cover .... most of what they write about it so "party line" - like all their diet stuff, the article on foot pads, etc.

I was thrilled when I saw Pamela's name on it and understood then why they didn't do it on me. [Smile]

SGK, I would love to read your success story! You should write it yourself for us!

Thanks Wonko. I worked out through my entire illness, so I think theirs might take on a different angle than most here would be interested in. [Wink] But don't think that some of these "workouts" resembled a workout at all .... sometimes I'd get in the building, then turn around and go back home because that was all I could handle. [Smile]

i don't have a facebook acct; so can't read it, but thanks!

i remember 1 of the articles i recently broke up for pam was edited and they used MY broken up version vs. pam's long paragraphs.

fyi, pam also stated it was ok to break up her articles, and she preferred it to be on the site where she posted, so it would INCREASE the number of people going to her article and keep it on FRONT page vs. being shoved down to lower pages. [Smile]
