My nervous system is so out of sorts. If I sit too long.. my feet will be numb/tingly when I get up to walk...or it my arm is bent too long it will tingle...
basically if I stay in the same position too long something will go numb/tingle... whether it be my hand/foot, or even my butt/and other area...
But as soon as I change position it goes away and the feeling comes back.
It's been like this since I've began having other symptoms.

Don't know exactly why, but I get the same thing. In my case, sometimes it's because my neck is out of whack and I need to see the chiropractor. Also, I have tendonitis in both arms and I think that contributes. THe leg that goes numb, I have no clue.

I have the same problem but mine is pain, tingling , and numbness. I had an EMG done and they found Peripheral Neuropathy. You should really get tested

I have had this happen to me. It used to happen when I sat for long periods, my legs would tingle and go numb, or if I leaned on my elbow resting my face on my hand I would get tingling in my arm.
I find this is worse when I am herxing and is getting better with treatment.
I think its sensitive nerves.

At least it goes away when you change positions.
I also have peripheral neuropathy, and the numbness/tingling hardly ever goes away. Mostly it's on the left side, but when I'm herxing, both legs are affected.
I've always assumed it's a lyme symptom.

It is the same for me. The pain, numbness and tingling is constant. Most of mine is on my right side... Generally I wouldn't even know I had a big toe if I couldn't see it.... Thsi makes me a tad off balance
