Been on the anti yeast diet for a long time, too.
Great to know this could be yeast herx.
It is awful.

If you have nausea with this you can try a pinch of salt. It helps me.

Make sure to take your diflucan with food.
Also, diflucan is thought to hit Lyme as well.
So....maybe a yeast and a Lyme herx.
Diflucan can make me very sleepy, so I tend to take mine
In the evening. I've been taking diflucan daily for over one year,
With periodic breaks (every 60 days).

same thing happened here... really bad pains all over the body and feeling sick...I am on holiday for the next week and then back on..
