Hi guys,
Use the search function- there have been several threads about it on this forum (the search 'button' is a small text link at the top of the page, under the 'post reply/post a poll/post a topic' buttons)
Basically, it's helped some people with some symptoms (for me it's helped eliminate candida infections as far as I can tell), but it can cause insomnia. MOst of the time the insomnia is bad for the first two weeks or so, and you then get back to better sleep. Last week we had a discussion here about taking it in the morning instead of at night, so as to reduce the insomnia.
It's definitely not a cure-all but it does some amazing things to the immune system apparently. Also, that means that some patients with Lyme may feel sicker because the immune system may become more active and what makes some of our symptoms is actually immune activity.

That's a fair summary. It might help beat or control the infection due to ramped up immune activity, might help regulate things to prevent autoimmunity, might make symptoms worse as a result of ramped up immune activity.
Might improve some symptoms, especially pain and fatigue, as a result of dramatically increased levels of circulating beta-endorphin.

I wonder if anyone's ever used it to try to turn a negative Lyme Western Blot test to a positive. It seems to me like that would help in some cases.

I like the way you think. Excellent idea.
