If the spirochetes are happy there b/c there is no blood circulation, the immune system can't find them, and antibiotics can't find them...
How do we get them out??

Good question. I have the same problem.

I guess anything that would tend to help circulation would help.

I take Bolouke. Too soon to tell whether it's working.

Maybe rebounding, which exercises each cell. But if your tendons are vulnerable, rebounding can be hard = my problem.

Sauna, maybe?

I still think the immune system can "find" bb in the tendons, though.

When I went off gluten I had a BIG herx in my tendons.

When I took abx (currently off b/c of yeast) I did herx in my tendons.

My tendons might always be my most vulnerable spots, but I believe I can at least improve them.

mmm...saunas are nice!

I wish you luck with the bolouke and the yeast..

Do you think you herxed when you stopped gluten because your immune system got better and was able to fight the borelia more?

Yes, I think going off gluten unloaded my immune system and made it better able to fight.

Going off gluten also restored normal energy levels for me. My energy level is good so long as I'm not herxing.

My LLMD agrees re the gluten herx and my immune system.

Possible that quinolines get kill bacteria in the tendons and that is why they can cause tendon damage.
