This information was of help to so many people in the past (I still receive a few e-mails a week from people finding it in "Archives" that more than a few have encouraged me to every so often repost info here on the two Web pages I have the information located on.

It has to do with two important topics.
1. Metabolism: the engine (gear box?) of the body. If you are stuck in low gear, antibiotics for Lyme and co-infections as well as the good nutrients of foods and juices tend to pass right on through the body while the bad stuff lingers and your body becomes more and more toxic.

Antibiotics and eating well do little good in a body that is highly toxic. You measure toxicity with body temperature and the pH of the water content of your body. Easy and cheap to correct IF you have this (called Wilson's Syndrome). www.yantis.us/detox.htm

2. The second is flushing (cleansing) of the liver/gall bladder and bile ducts. There are numerous "home remedy" flushes but I've found the Dr. Hulda Clark flush to be the most popular, most effective, easiest and most consistent in results (good) of the various flushes.

Some companies sell the Hulda flush for expensive prices. It is all inexpenive grocery store items! Don't get ripped off! You don't need the special measuring cups and so forth you can pay up to $100 for. There will always be those who prey on sick people who just want to get well!

Since the first time I posted the toxicity info (Wilson's Syndrome), more and more people tell me armour thyroid often doesn't work or is unstable. So just go directly to T3 IF you have low body temperature.

If you don't, do not let a thyroid doctor talk you into expensive shots and medications. If you are 98.6 and you are told "you need weekly shots", get a second opinion. You're probably just fine.

On the other hand, it is becoming more and more obvious if your body is hammered by Lyme for more than a year or two you will probably develop some level of "WS". As your body temp drops antibiotics do less and less. It is a BAD circle to get stuck in!

To have antibiotics and food nutrients work to the max you MUST be detoxed and your liver and gall bladder cleaning your blood once again "to the max".

If you've read this before, sorry to have wasted your time. If this is new info, it can make all the difference in the world in speeding your recovery from Lyme, babesia and Bartonella.

CAVEAT: I am NOT a doctor and have had no medical training. So do nothing based solely on what you read on my Web pages.

I gain nothing from any of this other than the pleasure of reading the hundreds of e-mails I've received the last few years from people who did these procedures and sped up their recovery. I know they both brought me back from near death to now being 98% healthy.

Best of luck. I hope this is of help to you!

Interesting post Gary! A question about T3 -- some docs say that adding it is very dangerous! Any idea why?

Thanks!
