My body seems to reject any multi-vitamin that I

take. Does anyone else have this issue? Any

thoughts on supplements? Thanks!!!

Yes, I can't take them. I take individual vitamins.

Hi, What do you mean by "reject"? Is it tummy trouble? I swear by the "whole foods" type of vitamins; they are made from food concentrates and not chemicals, and do not bother the digestive system. Hope this helps.

When I take multi-vitamins I begin to feel as

though I'm getting sick, like the flu or

something. I did try whole foods - same reaction.

It's really strange.

I can't take them either. They make me extremely fatigued and then enhance my appetite hours later. (Probably wanting sugar to counteract the fatigue.)

I created a thread on this same subject about a month ago and lots of great folks posted to it. Run a search on my screen name and pull it up for more info.

I use ALIVE. It's probably an immune system reaction.

Do you have the same reaction to any medications or other supplements, or just vitamins? If it is just vitamins, you can try taking individual vitamins and see if one in particular is the culprit.
