I need the name of a ERISA long - term disability lawyer in New York who has successfully won lyme cases against their employers insurance policy. I prefer them to be a lawyer that makes the insurance company shake in their boots. I have a company ERISA long-term disability policy that has denied me the first time. I am currently at my 1st appeal to get my benefits paid.
