Does anyone know the dosage of Artemisinin for a 220 lbs person? I'm was originally on 500mg x 6 per day of Dr. Zhang's Artemisiae, but I want to switch to Artemisinin, because I heard it was more potent.

For Artemisinin, which is supposed to be more powerful than artemisia....though some would argue the opposite.....
You are supposed to take 100-200mg, two to three times a day.
Some might take more, but that is the dosage "The Lyme Disease Solution" recommends.
Many people pulse it 4 days on, 3 off, repeat.
Some people might want to start off with much much lower doses of artemisinin though....some people have a hard time with it.
Zhang's artemisia has different herbs in it, so you can't really go by milligrams with that one.
And also, artemisia is given in different doses than artemisinin. What I listed were doses for artemisinin, which is an extract of the herb.

I pulse artemisinin with my abx treatment. I'm two weeks on (M,W,F) and two weeks off. When I'm on, I take 6 100mg pills 2x daily. I get the artemisinin from Nutricology. It is a very difficult treatment causing migraines, nausea, and body aches. My neck hurts so much and my night sweats increase a lot. I feel so sick I can't do anything for 2 1/2 weeks out of the month. I also take Malarone, Larium, zith and omnicef right now - and Flagyl for the last two days to try to throw me over the edge.

First, Zhang's Aretmesia is potent enough, with the full protocol designed. The book details details this. Just seeing the name does not show the whole picture. In fact, Hepapro's is more complex than just artemisinin.
Note that the total mg listed is for the formula itself. When comparing mg, be sure of the amount of each ingredient. Still, it is not for solo use but with a more rounded protocol.
Remember, Artemisinin is never enough alone. Artemesia is never enough alone. No single Rx is enough alone.
There must always be 2-3 things that target the protozoa (or specifically enhance each other), together, to treat either Babesia or Malaria.
While some rotation and changing around of a protocol can be helpful (and is even necessary) at times, mono-treatment has high failure rates with both malaria and babesia. Be sure to confirm with your LLMD that all the bases will be covered for the amount of time required. This can take several months, so it's really good to be precise.
