My LLMD put me on Vitmin D supplements on my 2nd visit, and at the last visit, he asked me if the D was doing me any good.
I said I wasn't sure if it was or not--
I was going to ask him what it was supposed to be doing, but I had my kids with me that day (no babysitter, you know how that goes...), so my head wasn't on straight.
So I'm just wondering if anyone knows what Vitamin D controls and what should be improving as a result of taking the supplements.

vitamin d is an hormone that is needed for proper calcium absorbtion. if your out in the sun, for about 10-15 minutes a day you should be ok, but if your supplementing it thats good as well. Should help your bones stay strong, and actually could help with brain fog, in general well help you feel some better, or so we would like to think. Oh yea alot of fish is strong in Vitamin D. Brian
