Does anywhere know where i can find the revised version of advanced topics in lyme disease by dr b. There is a revised version of the 2005 edition, but i cant find it. Thanks, Brian

brian, it's also at the top of medical posted by me and where i broke up the meds/dosages for KIDS/adults, etc. in case you need it again and forget [Smile]

Hi Brian,

I printed out Dr. B's guidelines and put them inside sheet protectors in a three ring binder.

It made a nice book I could easily use for reference.

I also did the same thing with all the information from the Jemsek Clinic.

This was really helpful for me. [Smile]

Does the Jemsek Clinic provide more useful info than Dr. B? Anything worthwhile or more self-promotional material?
