Hi All-
I just got back from doing the monthly Full Moon Bicycle Ride -
It was Huge about 500 riders -- I stayed towards the front of the pack for most of the ride -
Not bad for being over half a century young-
On one Long up hill I was able to look back and see a Solid line of bikes at least a half a mile long --Very Very Cool-- Everybody has those little Blinky lights so it Looked Cool --
The ride starts at Midnight on a bridge that goes over the river in the middle of Austin -- The bridge was completely full with bikes --
Its been Real Hot here in Austin for the last 3 weeks -103F today and about 95F when the ride started--
On the last ride I tore some muscles in my left shoulder and and its been hurting Alot --
It was Lucky tonight because there was no Giant hills or I would of had to bail out on the ride --
There was a few wrecks but no body got hurt-
A couple of riders got Tickets from the cops but they broke the Golden Rule -- ----- Dont Stop --->>>>> LOL
I had a Blast tonight --
So why am I telling you about the ride???
I have both Lyme and Babs for over 21 years- 18 years untreated --
I was so sick I could not walk and had to be carried into my LLMDs office on my first visit --
Treatment was Ruff - took Forever and Defiantly No Fun--
But You CAN GET Better --I Have --Jay--

It is so promising to hear stories of recovery from people who have had this stuff for a long time. It definitely gives me hope.

Hey, Jay, that's great. I'm glad to hear you turned the corner. Last I remember you were reinfected by your friend's dog.
Keep up the good work!
I'm still struggling. Had a relapse two weeks ago and trying to pull out of it. I did make it through the school year though. I'm an educator. Now I have to pull myself together for the next year. Swine flu is going around these parts, though. Don't know if I can survive that one.
Best wishes!
