I got my ingenex results back.

Positive on IFA
Everything else negative including western blot, etc

Symptoms are text book lyme. Tick bite 22 years ago, I am almost certain there was a rash. Went from straight As to B/Cs. Had really bad knee pain for a 1-2 years after the tick bite.

All sorts of weird joint issues and finally I am now having nero issues.

Thoughts?

Do an antibiotic challenge? Were there any positive bands on your Western blot? Who did the testing (lab)?

Sorry, I do not know what IFA is.

western blot: 41 was positive, a couple were indeterminate

I believe IFA is the basic lyme test...

Please post the individual bands if you know them.

When my LLMD's office called me with results last fall, I also didn't understand them. My IFA was Equiv, IgM pos and IgG neg.

IFA is like an Elisa test.

It sounds like you have Lyme, IFA is positive and you have many symptoms.
