Does anyone use Yucca to get ammonia out of the brain and tissues? How much?

I am trying to detox hard and this has been suggested to me.

A LL naturopath in Reno has people take this for ammonia. I don't know how much but JAM or someone who sees her might.

I like yucca root.

You can pretty much fix them anyway you fix a potato, except that they have a heavy, cremier texture.

They are good lightly fried with some black beans and salsa. Boil the root in water until it is soft enough to mash, then lightly fry them. Or you can soak some onions in sour orange juice for an hour. Then pour that over the yucca.

You can deep fry them like potatoes too, for the best fries you have ever had in your life.
