The late evening 9-10 pm always leaves my symptoms very minor versus the daytime.
Also, I could wake up at 3-4 AM and feel like I do not even have this disease for a brief minute or two, yet once I stand up and move around symptoms begin.
Could that be the central nervous system staring up and right away going into overdrive?
What about this wacky thought. Do these little buggers actually sleep when we sleep and start to stir when we do?

I've noticed the same thing. I can't explain it, but it happens to me, too. Sometimes, I think I'm getting better, but then there are portions of the day I feel worse.

Ditto - don't really understand it either. When I wake up in the middle of the night I think I don't have it anymore either, except of course it woke me up in the middle of the night.
I also hit a slump from about 4-7 where everything is worse.
Crazy, crazy disease.
