My llmd has suggested a break from antibiotics until I sort out some GI and other issues.

He thinks that trying Cowden or Buhner's herbal protocol for a while would be a good choice for me.

Anyone had success with either one?

Also, when I did a search here, I saw mention of a "new condensed cowden". Can anyone tell me what that is and where I could get it? (I'm assuming that a "condensed" version would mean less to take...good news for my pea-brain!)
