my two cents....take 100% fiber everyday...same effect...been a bit of fiber junky for the past 3 years.....recently had a colonscopy...and i was in great shape.
From what i've read the main ingredient in many colon cleansers is psylium....costs pennies and nature food store and is in most fiber cereals.

We did www.DrNatura.com. I have done many others over the years, plus many colonics. I found it by far the easiest and uncomplicated to do - and the results were outstanding. I attribute my well being today to paying a lot of attention to the lower interior. All health starts in the gut. www.klinghardtneurobiology.com gives some guidance on this. To get a handle on the bad and good parasites is very important.
Take care and good luck.
