I am about to start Bicillin injections. I think I read it needs to be refrigerated...

My Walmart didn't have it in stock, but they are ordering it.....so I am just wondering if they will keep it refrigerated for me.

Is yours usually cold when you pick it up?

Since they didn't seem familiar with it, I feel like maybe I should call them and ask them if they will be keeping it refrigerated for me. But I don't want to intrude if they know what they're doing, or if it normally isn't supposed to come refrigerated, you just do that when you get home, etc.

Thanks for any insight!

The box says that it needs to be refrigerated. So, I would think it should be very clear to any pharmacist. But to make sure, I would ask them if it has been kept refrigerated when you pick it up.

The one time I bought Bicillin it was refrigerated at the pharmacy.

Okay, thanks.

My Walmart pharmacy appears super small behind the counter, so for some reason I was worried they didn't have a fridge. I guess all pharmacies must have a fridge though?

Thank you!
