The beginning of June I was diagnosed, given meds and a schedule. It was a Tuesday.

The cocktail of ABX was Doxycycline, Zitromax, Bactrim, and Amoxicliin. Monday through Friday for three weeks.

The last two days of the cycle I am to add in Flagyl.

The only modification at the start was no Amox. I am deathly allergic to PCN.

The next Monday after being diagnosed with a herniated lumbar disc I started the cocktail. In 20 minutes I was curled up, shaking uncontrollably, cold, and pale white.

That episode happened twice. I was told to stop all meds. I did.

Tried starting agian with just the Doxy. Same episode. Now no doxy.

So my routine is M-F, Zitromax and Bactrim, daily.

All these three weeks I have been experiencing increased joint pain, extreme fatigue, and flu-like symptoms on Tuesday and Wednesday.

(Herx, I think)

By Thursday I feel a little better. Friday Much better.

But then I am off ABX for the weekend and the cycle starts again on Monday.

I don't go to an LLMD right now. Those I have called I will not be able to afford.

Your feed back and insight is appreciated!

Cynthia

Getting better it feels like. Added Colloidal Silver to the ABX, Olive Leaf and Cat's Claw. HUGE difference!

I have an appointment with my DUCK tomorrow.

Is it save to assume no-replies mean no one else does this or has heard of this?

Thanks,
Cynthia

I'm on a slightly different Mon-Fri schedule.

Bactrim Daily,
Amoxicillin M-F
Grapefruit Seed Extract Sat-Sun

The GSE seems to have made all the difference in the world.
