One doctor I was talking to mentioned a new drug, penicillin based: Invanz. It comes in injections and IV also.

He told me it might be really good for anyone who responds well to bicillin shots or things of that nature.

Anyone else heard of this?

Yes, my doctor mentioned it but I could not afford it and it is often difficult to get insurance to cover it from what I've been told. I suppose that depends on your insurance company though.

ok. I hear it can be really good as far as it kicks some major behind on those bugs, but also for the people taking it. In essence, it works great, and it shows (herxings) Main problem with it is severe nausea.

I am thinking about doing it... [bonk]

I have taken it... Was on IV Invanz for 4 months.

Didn't notice much of a change, but I will tell you it is one of the better IV's out there in my opinion.....

Let me know how it goes...

My husband has been on IV Invanz for about three months now. He initially was very tired on it (could have been herx?) but that resolved. He hasn't had any nausea with it.

I am using Invanz. Been on it for a couple of weeks now. To early to tell if it's doing anything.

What dosage have you been using?
