I think for me, it helped my adrenals some. I still use salt in my water, but I am not on the salt/c protocol.
I think it's good for parasites .... Lymephotos talks about using it for filarial worms.

I did lots before getting results from Igenex.
Yes it helped me, that's why I kept doing it.
I do suggest watching your sodium levels.
As mine was below normal on starting (great for a
saltaholic like me), and climbed to high normal
about 3 months into treating myself.
Since starting antibiotics I do it about once a week.
