Amoxicillin; bicillin; probably some others too! The group is known as the beta-lactams.

Nessa,
One really great place to answer any questions you have about drugs is http://wikipedia.org.
Just type Penicillin in the box, and it will give you an encyclopedia entry on it. And the best part is, you can click on words in the entry too.
If you ever see a word relating to drugs that confuses you, or you want to know what category Ceftin is in, or what other drugs are like Ceftin, type it in to Wikipedia.org.
Anyways....Amoxicillin and Bicillin are really the only Penicillins people with Lyme use. Bicillin is an injection.
Penicillins belong to a broader category called beta-lactams. Beta-lactam antibiotics also include a group called Cephalosporins, which includes Ceftin and Omnicef.
So, since Amoxicillin, Bicillin, Ceftin, and Omnicef are all "beta-lactam" antibiotics, there would be no need to take more than one of those at once.
However, since the beta-lactams can be good Lyme drugs, you will probably want to be on one of them at some point.
Just don't take any of the Penicillins with any of the Tetracyclines (doxycycline, minocycline, tetracycline).

What abx can I take with these? Thanks for the info, I'm writing everything down so that I can create a plan for later.
What would be a good combo of penicillin and abx? Coming from your experience from educated llmds and your own research and everything.
