i need it for iv (not suppositories). i could get pre filled syringes or just a bottle and do the syringes myself. also what are costs?

I purchased mine through Infuserve. Your doctor will need to write an RX or call it in for you.
Sorry I don't remember the cost. I did the nebulized form and had an allergic reaction (airway closed, stopped breathing) so I could not continue.

It comes in prefilled syringes for IV push. They ship a month at a time, pack it in a cooler and overnight it. The cost depends on the dosage your dr prescribes. They are very friendly you can call and ask the price for your specific dosage.
