i need it for iv (not suppositories). i could get pre filled syringes or just a bottle and do the syringes myself. also what are costs?

I purchased mine through Infuserve. Your doctor will need to write an RX or call it in for you.

Sorry I don't remember the cost. I did the nebulized form and had an allergic reaction (airway closed, stopped breathing) so I could not continue.
