I must admit that in the begining of lyme treatment I thought that herbs were bull..I was wrong and very wrong, in fact herbs might be the answer to some of our problems..I used resveratrol from source natural and it kick my ***..the herx was so strong I had sleep disruptions...I lowered the dose from two pills to 1/2 pill untill I ramp up on zithromax..so far I can tell you beyond any doubt that resveratrol is an antibiotic from its effects..I think all lymies should give it a try just start out slow...after three days of very very bad herxes I finnaly had a good day..so very good stuff..I think that it hits lyme and bart but that is my opinion...

can you tell me what symptoms you had during your herx?

i'm having real bad shortness of breath lately and am wondering if it's the herbs.
