I know there's been a bit of discussion about curcumin lately. Does anyone know if it can actually cause a herx?
I just started taking it again. About every 5-6 days, I get a flare of feeling achey and the back of my neck feels very hot (no fever though)...I just wonder if anyone else had noticed a similar response/cycle-type reaction from taking Curcumin??? (I've also started taking more D-Ribose and CoQ10 so it's a little hard to sort through what's happening)...
(otherwise, it seems to be helping already with my muscle stiffness/daily body aches)....
Thanks!

MarsyNY--thanks so much for the response...Yes, please keep me posted on your reaction....
Also, I don't know if you've experienced this but I get a rash on my face from the Curcumin, on occasion...I've read that it can be a side effect from it...Of course, I also get a rash on my face from doses of Vitamin D....Don't know why this happens and don't know why it just occurs on my face...looks like small, flat red places...doesn't itch though...very strange...

Premier research has a liquid nano tumeric called liver detox that i like that might be more absorbable.
But I find if I take too much tumeric in capsule form, I feel hot and maybe detox. I think it is stimulates the liver. I cant take too much of anything too fast.
