Common symptom. Not exactly borrelia causes that (that I know) but some coinfection or other viral infection (or parasitic infection) can cause the symptom. At least for me.

I never had light sensitivity with borrelia, but babesia certainly caused me that.

I'm having all kinds of eye issues right now, and they seem to be getting worse with treatment, which has my LLMD stumped.

I have Lyme and Ehrlichia, and I had been taking Doxy and Rifampin. Today I just stopped the Doxy and am starting Amoxyl. He wants to see if that gets at the eye symptoms any better.

My light sensitivity varies from day to day. Sometimes bright light bothers me, other times it bothers me around dusk, and I feel like I can't focus on anything. It's really irritating.

Light sensitivity is fairly common with this illness. It seems to be connected with the vitamin D disruption many of us experience.

I've been having headaches since starting Amoxyl this week.

Now the headache pain is also behind both eyes and it feels like my eyes are just going to explode out the back of my head.

Oh, God, how much more can I take?
