This site has helped me immensely with finding sources to check LLMD recommendations, etc.

I used a drug interaction site referenced here to check out use of Doxy with multi vitamin supplements.

I found out that both Centrum and Stresstabs have iron salts that significantly reduce Doxy effectivity. I am dropping my multi vitamin today.

I am an otherwise healty 61 year old male with Lyme for under one year. I am on Doxy and starting Flagyl next week.

Any recommendations out there for a standard vitamin regime that would address appropriate issues? Like stress, immunity, flu/cold prevention, magnesium, etc.

Thanks very much.

Jeff

hmm from my research I found that yeah minerals intefere with doxy. But they are very important especially if you already deficient (and most lyme ppl are). I just space out doxy 2-3 hours away from any supps.

I just started to do the same. I've only had it for a very short time, but Doxy is tearing up my stomach so I space them out.

I have a pill box and schedule written out also.
