I have a real problem taking my supplements - I procrastinate every single day and I somehow manage to take them once a day but I REALLY want to be taking them 2x a day.
How often do you all take supplements/how important is it that I take them faithfully 2x a day? Have you noticed benefits of supplements?
I don't know why I procrastinate so much, as with everything else in my life it is overwhelming...
BW the symptoms I am on (when I take them) are: Fish Oil, Vit C, Olive Leaf, Magnesium, a B-complex, a Probiotic (and I just added Vitex for PMS this week).
I found those medicine trays help a little, but still no bullet proof. I put all medications in the trays for her once a week. In addition, I also call her when she needs to take them.
It does add a lot of work for me, but I can't find any other solution.

Different supplements do different things. Most of my supplements I need to take to feel at my best. That includes vitamin C, magnesium and B vitamins along with my amino acids.

Why do you procrastinate? Do you dislike taking them? Or do you just forget?
What works for me is to make it a habit. Like brushing your teeth in the morning or washing your face at night. Put them right there with the acoutrements of that activity that is already a habit, and just make it a pattern to take supplements, brush teeth, etc. Then you don't have to think about it.
Good luck.

I think I sometimes forget, I sometimes just get very easily overwhelmed (like the thought of getting out my supplements and a glass of water is too much to deal with, lol) and sometimes I procrastinate until it is hours later...
I think it is a good idea (Perhaps a very obvious one) to set them up ahead.
I will try this tomorrow, and maybe get back into the habit.

i dislike taking pills so i can relate. before lyme i barely took a multivitamin.
i think getting a little container and having them all sorted for the week is really getting organized and helpful, as someone else mentioned.
there is lots of types of containers to choose from, some even sort a.m. and p.m.
then half the battle is over.
if you cant get yourself to do it all at once, you can space them out during the day, as long as you take them 2 hours away from your abx and 2 hours away from your refrigerated probiotics.
probiotics, which put back the natural gut flora that antibiotics destroy, should be replenished often! at bedtime is highly recommended and with/during meals as well.
good luck
