I am now doing the Hulda Clark parasite cleanse.

Does anyone know if it is ok to do the liver cleanse next, or is it necessary to do the kidney cleanse before the liver?

Some say just drinking lots of water is sufficient to cleanse the kidneys.

Are the herbs used for the kidneys very harsh?

I am prone to infections and don't want to hit them too hard with anything.

We are going to Germany in Oct. to see Dr. W. and have two months to detox, so I am wondering what would be the best plan given the time we have before going.

Also, are any of these cleanses advisable for a teenager? I was considering the parasite cleanse for them.

Thanks for any advice.

I've done 5 of the liver cleanses and never did the kidney one. Mine went great and I thought they were very much worth the effort.
