Yes I have. It's a good one to take with other probiotics, but it shouldn't be used alone...it's doesn't have high enough probiotic cells. If your on abx you should be taking at least 50 billion cells a day to replenish what's lost. I take 5 Culturelle a day plus one Phillips and two Sustenex. Hope that helps!
